We will ship ASAP when we receive payment for your order. Please note that some of our dolls are made to order, though we will always advise of any possible delay.
Payment and Shipping Charges
We use the secure PayPal system to accept credit card and debit card payment from anywhere in the World. There are no charges to the customer for using the PayPal system. All our dolls are priced in GB Pounds Sterling. If you are from outside the UK, you do not need to change your PayPal account or hold a balance in Sterling - PayPal will handle the conversion from your own currency.
All orders are shipped by secure recorded delivery in special anti-breakage packing. Shipping charges for all destinations are 10% of total order value for orders 1.00GBP to 49.99, 7% for orders 50.00 to 99.99, 5% for orders 100.00 to 149.99 and 2% for orders 150.00 to 199.99. Orders over 200GBP are shipped free!
